Building Confidence. Strengthening Communication. Connecting People.
The School of Speaking (SOS) is a Singapore-based training school dedicated to developing effective communication, interpersonal confidence and social well-being.
We believe that communication is more than the ability to speak clearly or confidently. It involves understanding ourselves, appreciating different perspectives and building meaningful connections with others.
Our workshops bring together practical communication techniques and insights from psychology and human behaviour. Through interactive learning and real-life applications, we help individuals develop greater self-awareness, communicate more effectively and strengthen their personal and professional relationships.
At SOS, we recognise social health as an important dimension of personal well-being.
Just as physical and emotional well-being influence our quality of life, the ability to communicate, connect and maintain meaningful relationships contributes to how we experience everyday life.
Our approach encourages participants to develop three essential capabilities: the confidence to express themselves, the awareness to understand others and the interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
We believe these are skills that can be learned, practised and strengthened throughout life.
The School of Speaking operates under Mind Body Academy, alongside its sister school, the School of Clinical Hypnosis (SCH).
While SCH focuses on professional education in clinical hypnotherapy and mind-body health practice, SOS concentrates on communication, interpersonal development and practical life skills.
Both schools share a commitment to accessible learning, professional development and the practical application of psychological knowledge.
